  2. Attention all students who want a chance to express their creativity in a fun way. Do you like to put together dance moves? Or maybe create music or write stories? Perhaps you feel more comfortable behind a camera, filming your ideas or taking pictures. How about drawing or painting? Go for it!! Sign up for Reflections! This year’s theme is “Believe, Dream, Inspire”. Deadline is this Friday, October 4, 2013. Thank you.

  4. YEARBOOK Attention all 7th and 8th grade students interested in joining the yearbook staff. To be considered for the staff, you must complete the yearbook application and the teacher recommendation. Both forms are available on Mr. Purdum’s yearbook section of his website and must be submitted on or before Friday, October 4th.

GIRL’S SOCCER Congratulations to the varsity girls soccer team for edging out Stone Bridge, 1 - 0.  Late in the second half, Tessa Carlin bolted past the defense on a breakaway and finally found the back of the net.  Alongside the help of a solid effort by the defensive unit, Jamie Skarupsky, held Stone Bridge scoreless for the second time in three days.  Way to go girls!  Keep up the great work. :) TODAY VARSITY AND JV PRACTICE CANCELLED

  9. FIELD HOCKEY Yesterday, the Varsity Knights suffered their first loss of the season. Stone Bridge won, beating Pond 2-1. Ashley Stamboulian scored the single goal. Laura Redler did an excellent job in the goal with 8 saves. TODAY Field Hockey has practice this afternoon until 4:15.
