  2. 概述： • 组成： • 睾丸：产生精子，分泌雄激素。 • 排精管道：促进精子成熟，营养、贮存和运输精子。 • 附属腺：其分泌物参与组成精液。 • 外生殖器：

  3. 一、睾丸 （一）一般结构浆膜：鞘膜脏层白膜：致密结缔组织 睾丸纵隔 睾丸小叶实质：主要为生精小管。间质：富含血管的疏松结缔组织。

  4. （二）生精小管（seminiferous tubule）的结构及精子发生 • 管壁为特殊的复层生精上皮，由各级生精细胞及支持细胞组成。

  5. 生精细胞（spermatogenic cell）： 精 原 细 胞 初级精母细胞(第一次成熟分裂)次级精母细胞 (第二次成熟分裂) 精子细胞(单倍体细胞) (变态) 精 子

  7. 精子（spermatozoon） • 由精子细胞变形而来，位于管腔面，形似 蝌蚪。其头部为浓缩的核及顶体（含顶体 酶），尾部是精子的运动装置。

  8. 支持细胞 (sustentacular cell) LM：细胞轮廓不清，核卵圆或三角形，着色浅，核仁明显。 EM：不规则形，有各级生精细胞嵌入。 功能：支持、营养、合成分泌，参与血-睾屏障的形成。

  9. （三）血-睾屏障（blood-testis barrier) • 组成：相邻支持细胞间紧密连接(主要成份)生精上皮基膜 结缔组织 毛细血管基膜 毛细血管内皮 • 功能：为生精细胞增殖、分化提供良好、稳定 的微环境。

  10. （四）睾丸间质 • L.C.T • 睾丸间质细胞(interstitial cell)：L M：单个或成群分布。圆形或多边形，核大而圆，胞质嗜酸性。 EM：发达的滑面内质网和管状嵴的线粒体。 功能：分泌雄激素。

  11. 二、输精管 • 粘膜：假复层柱状上皮 固有层 • 肌层：厚，由内纵、 中环、外纵三 层平滑肌组成。 • 外膜：疏松结缔组织。
