Company Overview • Gemsons is one of India's major CNC Machine Shops in the Small and Medium Scale (SME) sector, with more than 85 CNC equipment ranging from 5-Axis Turn Mills to 4-Axis Machining Centers. • We have a vast 85,000 sq. ft. built-up space in Vasai, Maharashtra, where we operate. • We are India's leaders in CNC precision manufacturing, handling extremely sensitive projects down to 3 microns, with a reputation in engineering dating back over 55 years. • For high accuracy and hard component turning, we have equipment from Spinner and Harding super precision CNC turning. • With the aid of a variety of machining methods, we provide a range of Precision Machined Components and Assemblies:

  3. Quality Assurance • Through the manufacture of precision machined components, we are devoted to growing a quality company with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. Special Processes • Special procedures, final assembly, and packing of all goods are handled by the fitting and assembly division before they can be sent to our respective clients. • All secondary operations are performed here, including deburring, tapping, drilling, polishing, and ultrasonic cleaning. • We also have a Precision TIG Welding Cell for Stainless Steel and Stellite Welding, an Assembly Area, a Tool Room, and well-equipped employees to work on Secondary Operations such as Welding, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Lapping, and so on. • Dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic crack detection testing, magnetic particle testing, and radiography testing are some of our specialties.

Continued • Gemsons features a Tool Room where jigs, fixtures, dies, custom gauges, and assemblies, among other things, are made. • The Tool Room has trained personnel as well as traditional machinery with digital read-outs (DRO). • Jig-boring, surface grinding, milling machines, lathes, wire EDM, cylindrical grinding, and other tools are available in our tool room. • To assure precision in all assembled components, we provide product-specific jigs, fixtures, and assembly aids. • Our Tool Room has all of the required facilities, machinery, and trained personnel to fully support our CNC machine shop.
