An advocate for cultural access, Jack Lutkus transforms lives through his ticket-reuse initiative for underprivileged kids. Studying for his MSW at Aurora University, he draws on his Ethics and Public Policy background. Jack Lutkus is a bridge-builder—between policy and people, between forgotten tickets and life-changing arts experiences. With a BA in Ethics and Public Policy and an MSW underway,
