  3. Internet user statistics • 77.6% of Americans age 12 and older now go online. • 68.1% use the Internet at home, up from 46.9% in 2000. • 8.9 hours per week is the average amount each person spends on the Internet Source: 2007 USC Annenberg Digital Future Project

  4. Pros & Cons + Access to court info 24/7, worldwide + Search function + Hyperlinks to related info + Interactive (email Q&A, e-filing, etc.) - Scope & quality of web content varies • May be a delay in getting answers to Qs • Limited court resources to update & manage web content
