  4. Issues • Knowledge of task structure eases understanding • Known beforehand • Ongoing process of updating structure • Without known roles, understanding changes more than with roles • Observation is important to understand • Observation of environment

Issues • How should understanding be represented • How is understanding represented in humans? • Do agents/robots need to have the same representation as humans? • Representation depends on capabilities • Focus on individual, but shared understanding is also important! • How to come from individual understanding to shared understanding? • (future work)
