  2. Focus: Daniel 9:20-27 Sir Isaac Newton: We can stake the truth of Christianity on this prophecy alone because it accurately predicted 5 centuries before when Jesus would come. Backbone of Biblical Prophecy

  3. Daniel 9:20 – Now while I was speaking, praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God.

  4. Context 9:1-19 – Daniel’s Prayer Jeremiah 25:11 – This entire land will become a desolate wasteland. Israel and her neighboring lands will serve the king of Babylon for seventy years. 9:20-27 – God’s Answer
