Fluorescence Property • Recently, scientists use a lot of Fluorophores. • Some of them are widely used for scientific purpose, when others are rarely used. • Important properties of Fluorophores are Quantum yield, absorption spectrum, emission spectrum, stability, and etc. • Find about what is quantum yield, absorption spectrum, and emission spectrum. • Check the value of upper 3 term about popular fluorophoreRhodamine 6G and EGFP.
