Tyre Movement-DisMount • Tyre DisMount is done when a Tyre is removed from the vehicle. • There can be different reason for removing the tyre like tyre rotation, claim, scrap or will be mounted in another vehicle if its in good condition etc. • We have to enter the Vehicle number only then this voucher can be created.   3. To Create Tyre DisMount entry first click on Transactions on main screen Now click on DisMountto open the form Now click on Tyre Movementfrom the menu Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  4. Like all other forms we have option to do search on various search options. There is also + New Record button to enter a new voucher. Lets this time do a search on Vehicle No GJ1CY840 by selecting Vehicle No in search option and then click on Search button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  5. All the entries for this vehicle number is shown on the screen. To view /Edit any record click on corresponding button. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  6. The Record is shown on the screen with all the details and also who has created the record with date and user ID Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  7. Now we will create our on DisMount entry for this click on + New Record button and the form is displayed where we will enter the details. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  8. For this example I am going to take Narol Branch After entering the branch name the next available number is shown, for date I will use the current date. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  9. Now enter the vehicle number against which this DisMount entry is be done. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  10. System will show all the Tyres for which mount entry was done in the system against this vehicle. Select the tyre you want to DisMount Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  11. All the details of the Tyre is displayed in respective fields. Now select the Godown where this tyre is being Dismounted. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad

  12. After selecting the Godown we will select the Tyre Condition as following OK- 2nd new tyre (it can be used in other vehicle) Send To Scrap – If tyre is non usable and will be send to scrap only. Rethread – If tyre is in such a condition that it can be used after Remoulding Claim – If there was manufacturing defect and send for replacement then select this.   13. Here I am going to select Rethread, enter any remarks relating to your selection. Now we can click on Save Button to save the record. Designed by Ashwan Saini (EDP) Ahmedabad
