  2. Per os uniquement Classe thérapeutique très représentée Quelques noms: Lopril (25 et 50 mg) Coversyl (2,4,8 mg) Zestril (5, 20 mg) Triatec (1,25, 2,5, 5 mg) Etc.. Mode d’administration: Doses progressivement croissantes si diurétiques préalables Privilégier monoprise Surveillance: TA (risque d’hypo-TA) Fonction rénale +++ Présentation Dr Fournier CEI IEC

  3. Toux sèche nocturne (20% des patients) Hyperkaliémie Insuffisance rénale (attention si hypovolémie…) Rares troubles cutanés Contre-indications Allergie connue Grossesse Insuffisance rénale sévère Effets Secondaires et CI Dr Fournier CEI IEC

  4. Indications • HTA • Insuffisance Cardiaque • Post infarctus • Dans tous les cas, valeur +++ de la potentialisation par les diurétiques Dr Fournier CEI IEC
