GRAND STRATEGY UTK HSR 2006-2008 • FOKUSKAN PENGEMBANGAN HSR: PHC, DI BACK UP DENGAN HEALTH FINANCINGREFORM • INTEGRATED TASK FORCE (ITF) DIKEMBANGKAN DI TK KAB/KOTA  KOMITMEN MELANJUTKAN GERAKAN HSR DENGAN DANA RUTIN: DTPS DIAKTIFKAN • COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT  FOKUS PADA KELOMPOK MASKIN - SEJALAN DGN PRO THE POOR PROGRAM • SIMRS DAN SIMPUS  CLEARING HOUSE (SIKES) DI DINKES KAB/KOTA Muninjaya – UPLEK FK UNUD

  5. HSR 2006-2008 BERHASIL KALAU: • GRAND STRATEGY HSR JELAS ARAHNYA, FOKUS DAN BISA DIUKUR HASILNYA. • MUNCUL LEADER SBG PRIME MOVER GERAKAN HSR DI TINGKAT PEMKAB/KOTA, DINKES, RS, DAN PUSKESMAS REFORMASI SBG PELUANG INVESTASI, BUKAN ANCAMAN OK. MEMBAWA PERUBAHAN Muninjaya – UPLEK FK UNUD
