Cruiser Chopper Motorbike How I got inspiration!! Main Theme My idea!! • Instead of the chain saw engine as shown, I will make a model of a V-twin engine to fit in the position where the engine is as shown. The Seat • The seat will be constructed as shown with white leather covering it. • The seat will be sprung like in the fourth picture that I got inspiration from. The Tank • The tank will be made in the shape of a flame. • It will be black with a flame design running through it. • The tip of the tank will go through the front of the seat. The Handle Bars • The handle bars will be constructed as shown and chromed or painted silver. • They will be constructed on a 1:1 scale with the model. The Frame Mudguard • This will be made as shown from 16mm tubing. • The frame will be painted bright red. • Various welding techniques will be used i.e. MIG etc. • A flat profile of the mudguard can be seen. • The front mudguard will just be a smaller version of the back mudguard. • These will be made from sheet steel and bent into shape and finally painted. Front Forks Exhaust Engine • I will use the same structure as the standard suspension. • However I will make it longer and use a plate welded to the top of the bar to hold on the front wheel as shown. • The exhaust will be made out of larger tubing than the frame and chromed or sprayed silver • A V-twin engine will be made and placed here the chain saw engine is in the picture. • This will be chromed or painted silver.
