Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry Platform • Model: Cirrus 3XD. • High Sensitivity Atmospheric Systems • Mass Range: 1 to 100, 100HP, 200 or 300 amu options • Detection limit: Gas and Mass Independent - the minimum detectable concentration 3 sigma baseline noise is < 15ppb (specified with Argon or Nitrogen). RGA System MKS

System Sensitivity • Cirrus 3XD is reliable, • Multiple gas stream inlet (4-,8- or 16-way) • Detection limits for N2, O2, H2O (and all other peaks) is in the 1 ppm level • Gas matrix indicates overlapping peaks • Detection both detect both CO2/CO individually • Gasses Pressure • 640B pressure controller • Gasses Temperature • easy to warm up the system What are our concerns ?

  8. The RGA system has been calibrated by: • Pure Argon Cylinder (Purity of 99.999%) • CO2 Cylinder (purity of 99.995%) • CH4 Cylinder (purity of 99.999%) • 1% eachof H2, He, N2, O2, balance Ar • 500 ppm H2O, balance Ar • 1% CO, balance Ar System Calibration
