3. Introduction Top Gear Automotive Repair Services was established in May of 2004 by a team of ASE certified technicians. The team initially consisted of two ASE Master Technicians with backgrounds at Honda, Acura, Nissan, and Infiniti dealerships. Today this company now has a total of five technicians with skill levels ranging from C to A. With the addition of these three technicians came more experience and knowledge with other import vehicles. Though this company specializes mainly in the diagnostics and repairs of Honda/Acura and Nissan/Infiniti, other Japanese makes are also well understood.

Certifications All of the technicians who work for this company have, at the very least, full credited certifications from institutions such as Lincoln Technical Institute (LTI), Universal Technical Institute (UTI), or other schools that offer an Automotive Technician Degree. • Our three A level Technicians are ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master Technicians. They hold all of the proper certifications issued by the ASE. • Our B and C level technicians also hold ASE certifications, but at this time due to their level, they are not required to have all of them. • At a minimum, the ASE certifications that we require include: Brakes, Engine Performance, and Suspension and Steering. We highly encourage all of our employees to attain all of their certifications

Facility and Location • The Top Gear repair facility is conveniently located in downtown jersey city. • Large Facility with proper shop equipment which include: - six two-post lift bays - one four-post lift (for larger vehicles) - Alignment rack - Engine and computer diagnostics tools. - and many other automotive repair equipment needed.
