Diseases of the blood circulation system take first places by their spreading and they cause more than a half of all death cases and

one third of incapability.

Despite of significant achievements of scientists today there is not a tendency to decreasing of indexes of the disease and death of cardiovascular diseases. This says for an insufficient study of the cardiovascular system according to the position of its adequate functioning.


Issues for consideration:

1.The venous systemis not studied enough.

2. It is considered to be in a shadow and hardly accessible for life-time functional investigation.

3. Medical investigations of the cardiovascular system don’t take into account peculiarities of hemodynamic regularities in norm and pathological reconstructions of moving of non-Newton liquid in case of various illnesses.


Stroke = Brain catastrophe

According to laws of hemodynamics and our extensive practical experience of controlling influence on hemodynamics we have a right to say that it is necessary to implement new innovative technologies of applied usage of knowledge of hemodynamics to examination of a condition of the cardiovascular system as an integral system of closed tube line of arterial, venous and capillary channels.


Present examination of the vascular system should take into account

  • a state of elasticity of the vascular wall,
  • its ability to transfer pulsate wave,
  • expressiveness of the tonus of the vascular wall,
  • size of the hydrodynamic intravascular pressure,
  • its correspondence with pumping function of the myocardium
  • vessels’ caliber,
  • formation of the angioarchitectonic model for one or another reservoir.

Adequate diagnostics of disbalanced vascular system both on preclinical patients’ examination and during treatment of the cerebral dysgemia requires:

  • detailed examination of all parameters of the multisided vascular system,
  • assessment of synchronization of various functional properties of the vascular system.

Presence of a clinical picture of stroke says for expressed disbalance in functioning not only of the blood supply system but also of the blood ouflow system in a certain patient that comes into a level of uncontrolled chaos during stroke.

Very in these situations patient’s vascular system requires constant monitoring of many hemodynamic parameters for the purpose of well-timed dynamic indication and adequate reaction for sanogenic correction of detected changes.


Neurorehabilitating courses in the Clinic of Ulyana Lushchyk proved increasing of quality of the performed medical care by criteria of decreasing of psychoneurological deficiency on 40-45% on the background of restoration of scarce and disbalanced blood supply in the cerebral reservoir on 50-60%.


Our experience of examination of the vascular system according to logic of functioning of the living system generally and cardiovascular system in particular, shows the urgent necessity in changing priorities in investigation stroke patients – to discard ordinary verification of atherosclerotic plaques, thrombosis in the lumen of vessels.

Only analytical approach to multisided investigation of various functions of blood supply, which is based on knowledge of hydrohemodynamic laws, gives essential results in decreasing of number of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

with application of EEG- mapping,

USD of vessels and organs

(US scanning and dopplerography),

in particular USD of brain

vessels, ECG, smart optic capillaroscopy.

According to the hierarchy of the living system functioning we consider the organism as the uniform system with numerous indicators, which act by the principle of the feedback and are subject of one center.

Only this hierarchy enables to make a principle of subordination and precise subordination (hierarchy) of various levels of control.

It is necessary to consider polyvectorly the complex hierarchy of the living system and virtually it can be presented at least in 3D.

macro- and microlevel of blood supply, macro- and microlevels of functioning of the nervous system – ascending and descending conducting ways and cellular cortical field of the higher cortical functions.

Patients with hypertension in ACF in the height of the seizure of the cephalalgia had headache, light and loud sounds intolerance, nausea, vomiting, hyperosmia that are quite often accompanied by phenomena of sense of heat or cold (signs of the intracellular hypertension).


Hemodynamic level of blood supply for vital activity of organs and systems

With disturbances in blood supply in the vertebral-basilar reservoir there aredarkeningorblinkingin eyes (area of vascularization of the posterior cerebral artery), sleep disorder, dizziness, loss of consciousness (expressed deficiency of blood supply in the basilar artery), disorders in movement coordination (reservoir ofcerebellararteries).


Paradoxical reactions can be an exception, which say about disbalance orfailurein one or another regulation system, and they must be taken into account and foreseen before starting treatment.

Paradoxical reactions of the disbalanced organism can cause significant worsening of the patients’ condition in comparison with background ill state.


All living organisms function on a principle of stable balance of two interdependent vectors of influencing:

  • arterio-venous balance,
  • harmonic development – disproportional ontogenesis, excitation-braking, and etc.

2.According to laws of mathematical modelling living organisms exist as an integral system with the precise system of hierarchy. Disturbance of subordination of any system of the brain causes reorientation of size and vector of excitation, disturbance of processes of synchronization of all involved links.


3. The living system functions as a hybrid system with combination and simultaneous existence of 2 systems: mechanical and electronic control with their partial mutual submission. The mechanical system is more lasting in comparison with hybrid.


Hierarchical approach to reactions of the living system and disbalance of one or some levels of indication and control of the state of the organism, enables to understand in more details the complex mechanism of the living system responses.
