    Parish Leadership (Clergy, Vestry, & Key Leaders) gather for a time to: Reflect on the Parish’s Ministry Plan: What is working and will be continued? What needs to be added? What needs to be discontinued! Does everything fit within the 12 and 24 month calendar? What dreams from God are present and call for implementation now? In the future?
