Eating chocolate
Eating Chocolate

  • Choose dark chocolate.

  • 7 grams of chocolate is equivalent to one small square or about 0.3 ounces a day.

  • Eating chocolate should not add extra calories. It should take the place of other treats or be worked off with exercise.

  • It’s the cocoa in the chocolate that is beneficial, not the fat or sugar.
