  2. About Us I.T.E. is an Australian-owned company that provides stage curtains, Heavy wool fabric, Theatre wool curtains, and Theatre Machinery products across Australia and worldwide for in excess of 40 years.

  3. Theatre wool curtains are made of thick, luxurious, and incredibly strong fabric that was woven from sheep's wool.

  4. It can be used "as is" without any additional flame retardant because it is naturally flame retardant according to BS5867, making it the perfect material for curtains.

  5. Heavy wool curtains can greatly reduce light, they do not completely block it.

  6. I.T.E provides two types of wool fabrics for theatre: IFR Theatre Wool and IFR Proscenium Wool.

  7. IFR Theatre Wool and IFR Proscenium Wool IFR Theatre Wool fabric is made up of 80% wool serge, 20% nylon, polyester & viscose and is black in color. IFR Proscenium Wool fabric is made up of 100% wool serge, is available in a variety of colors, and weighs 525gsm.
