  1. GMOs in your Meal today This is NOT meant to alarm anyone….but merely inform you of the complexity and interrelationships involved in food today. GMO products have been in the food chain for the last 15 years, with NO harmful effects.

  2. Bread • While mostly wheat flour (non-GMO), commercial breads often include GMO products such as: • Soy Bean Oil from GMO Soybeans • Sugar from GMO Sugar beets • Soy flour or Protein from GMO Soybeans

  3. Vegetable Soup • Most commercially grown vegetables are grown from Hybrid seed, but not GMO. • Sweet Corn is often GMO. • Thickening agents such as corn starch may be from GMO sources.

  4. Club Sandwich • Swine & Turkeys are often fed rations that include Corn, Soy meal, and DDG (Dried Distillers Grain) all from GMO sources. • Cheese & Butter - dairy herds are often fed corn, corn silage, canola meal cottonseed meal and DDG all from GMO sources. The Rennet is usually sourced from GMO yeast. • Mayo – usually made from Soy & Canola oils, a modified starch from corn, all from GMO sources. Eggs are from chickens likely fed rations of Corn, DDGs, both from GMO sources.

  5. Lemonade / Coffee • Coffee is non-GMO. • Lemonade contains sugar and /or corn fructose, likely from GMO sources
