What is the point of Capacity Corner? • RttT Goal is for our team to build local capacity • Create room on our plates in order to be trainers of NCEES and EVAAS • Create space to pace the module development • Gather new ideas for how our teammates are building local capacity • Share the good ideas so our teammates don’t have to reinvent the wheel • Every team will have an opportunity to share

  20. Issues Bin • Be sure the final version of your NCEES webinar slide deck is posted on the RT# NC wiki and on the NCEES wiki in a pdf form. Beth Ann can help you with the NCEES wiki. • You are required to attend each NCEES webinar . Choose the time for each topic that best fits your schedule. • Email Eliz by May 1if you are interested in riding in a state car during any leg of the SI journey. We need to reserve the right number of cars. Remember if you are driving a personal vehicle, you need 2-3 passengers. • As you complete your peer observation, email Eliz the date of the observation and who the observer was. For your learning, be sure to identify areas you are concentrating in order for your observer to offer focused feedback. • We will become PLAN trainers this fall and EVAAS trainers in May. Make sure you are moving the bulk of the content training to the LEAs in order to make room in your schedule. • Sign in at every PD session you do. This is for all kinds of records beyond CEUs and lunch. • What else?
