The Faculty of Science aims to enhance employee well-being and development through inclusive management, job satisfaction, and a diverse work environment. This initiative includes a lecture series covering topics like cultural differences and youth motivation in the spring of 2014.

Overgangforudsætter at den ansattebedømmesfagligtkvalificeret.
Opfølgningpå APV NAT harbesluttet at der i NATs Ledelses- ogStrategiplan skalvære et ekstra ben: Den godearbejdsplads’’ Intention: The Faculty of Science wants to be renowned for an inclusive management style and for involving its employees in important decisions concerning both educational and research related issues. The faculty has continual focus on job satisfaction and a good and healthy work environment. In addition we strive for simplicity and transparency in work processes and procedures as well as in ensuring a diverse and dynamic workplace.
