  4. Talking to Testing Companies Who do I work with, how do I choose? How do I forecast what volume of exams I might expect? What exams can I deliver? Who decides? Is there anything I can do to deliver additional sponsor’s exams?

  5. Planning a test center • One site or multiple sites • Should I have one main location or room, and add additional campuses, sites or rooms as needed? • Workstations, dividers, keyboards, computers, audio/visual, server rooms, what else? 5

Test Center Facility Requirements • Distraction-free, secure area conducive to testing • Computers for test delivery workstations, a server and test • administrator/proctor workstation • Separate check-in area, with work space for test administrator and seating for candidates waiting • Lockable storage for test candidate belongings • Security Equipment such as cameras for candidate photos, digital signature pads, fingerprint devices, palm vein scanners etc. 7
