  1. ISTITUTO COMPRENSIVO “MAZZINI” CASTELFIDARDO PROGETTO COMENIUS 2010/2012 “Quale Europa? An excursus into history to discover the common European roots and to build up a Europe closer to its citizens.”

Some primary school classes have been working on the discovery of lullabies as a musical expression shared during the first years of children’s life all over the world. Lullabies represent for each person the first encounter with music as a universal language that usually succeeds in touching everybody’s heart regardless of cultural differences. Lullabies represent the “resonant root” of every world citizen. Our work, however, was only about European countries.

  3. In order to know the traditional lullabies of European countries, pupils in classes 5^A - 5^B have listened to the vocal and instrumental performances ,have analyzed the lyrics and, after this, they have drown their content by their imagination.
