  6. Basic Search – Specific Item from Home Page Click on the picture to go to the login screen. Login to GSAXcess® and be taken to the property item

  7. Basic Search – Log In Login to GSAXcess® with your User ID (Access Code) and password

  8. Basic Search – Property Data Sheet GSAXcess® takes you directly to the property data sheet to view or add item to shopping cart Clicking on the thumbnail will enlarge the picture

  13. Basic Search - Property Items by Category Screen You can view all the property in GSAXcess® at once by clicking on “Total Number of Items Available”

  14. Basic Search – Display Total Items Available Selecting “Total Items Available” will normally produce multiple pages of general results. Navigate by clicking next page, previous page, or enter a page number and click Go To. The Total Items Available is no longer in hypertext.

  15. Basic Search – Display Total Items With Photos Clicking on “Items with photos” will display all the items that have photos.

  16. Basic Search – Total Items Available With Photos The camera icon indicates that the property item has a photo. There are 1,137 items with photos.

  17. Camera Icon Results Clicking on the camera icon will display a picture of the property item. Clicking on the Item Control Number will display the Property Data Sheet.

  18. Item Control Number Results Clicking on the Item Control Number will display the Property Data Sheet. The Property Data Sheet contains the photos and all information about the property

  19. Basic Search - Property Items by Category There are 12 Boats, 5 of the boats have pictures. Clicking on the hypertext Category of “Boats” will display all the boats available in GSAXcess®.

  20. 50 Items or Less Display Listed by State and then Item Name All the boats available in GSAXcess®. Clicking on 1236WW-8347-MN02 displays the Property Data Sheet. Indicates Competing Requests Surplus Release Date is the End of Screening Date.

  24. Hypertext changes colors from Blue to Purple indicating you have already visited them. More than 50 Items – Property Items by Category then State Category- Fire Trucks and Fire Fighting Equipment (123 Items)

  26. Pennsylvania Search Results Listed by Item Name There are 20 Total Item Available with zero photos in the state of Pennsylvania Search Results - Pennsylvania (20 Items)

  27. Basic Search – Disaster Relief Items The Disaster Relief Items button will take you to a listing of common property items desired in an emergency situation

  28. Disaster Relief Items Search Screen There are 13 major categories with related subcategories

  29. Other Basic Search Options Other searches available are 15 predefined searches called the Basic Search Options

  30. Other Basic Search Options – Drop Down Selecting and Clicking on the hypertext search option will display all the property items for that criteria

  31. Other Basic Search Options – Definitions • Unused items have never been used. • New items are newly reported that day. • Closing items screening ends that day.

  32. All Items by State Basic Search Selecting and Clicking on “All Items By State” hypertext search option will display a listing of all States and property items

  34. Results - All Items by California Basic Search All the property items for the State of California are listed with number of photos

  35. Advanced Search Two Methods to Get There The Advanced Search is a method to search that limits your results by criteria you select. There are two methods to get to Advanced Search, Advanced Search button or the Menu button

  36. Advanced Search By clicking Search and Select from the Main Menu, the Advanced Search screen will display

  38. Advanced Search You can go directly to the Advanced Search screen by clicking on the Advanced Search button from any screen in GSAXcess®

  43. Search by DRMO Click on Hypertext to Select one DRMO or Select Checkboxes for All DRMO’s

  45. Search by DRMO GSAXcess® prefills the AAC, then click Search

  46. Results Search by DRMO Message line displays the number of results

  47. Search by All DRMOs Click checkbox for all DRMO’s

  49. GLOBAL SEARCH – item name, make, model, and manufacturer You can search all GSAXcess® property by performing a “Global Search”. By typing in the words you want to search by and how you want to search, the system will return results

  50. Exact Phrase Results – 0 matching record found “Kodak Camera” and “Exact Phrase” searches for the words Kodak Camera in exactly that order in the noun name, make, model or manufacturer fields
