  3. ４方陣の解の個数 • ４方陣の解は全部で7040個存在する。 　右のアイコンをクリック　 　計算には少し時間がかかりますから講義を一通りお読みになってから実行してください。 • ただし、そのプログラムで作った解には対称変換や回転変換で重なるものもあるので、実際には８で割った８８０が答えである。

  4. ５方陣の解の個数 • 魔方陣のページ http://www.guru.gr.jp/~issei/msqj/ 　に５方陣の個数が述べられている。 • それによると275,305,224個存在するという。

  5. ６方陣以上の解の個数 • ６方陣以上については、何個存在するのかは現時点ではわかっていない。 • しかし、６方陣で兆の単位を遙かに上回るほど存在することは確実である。なぜなのかは以下の講義をご覧ください。 • １０方陣あたりでは、兆の何乗（何十乗？）の単位で存在するものと予想される。
