  2. Bệnhsử • Bn Nam, 75 tuổi. Địachỉ: KiênGiang. • Đến TT Medic khámvìđaubìu + kiểmtra TQ. • Tiềnsử: 1 thángtrước pt cắttinhhoànTrái, chẩnđoánsauđólàviêm Lao, đượcgiớithiệuvề TT Lao địaphươngđiềutrịnhưngbnkhôngtuânthủ.

  3. Siêuâmtinhhoàn Màotinh / TH (P) Tinhhoàn (P)

  4. US: cựcdướiTinhHoàn (P) có 1 mass kt= 23 x 18 mm, echo hỗnhợp ( tăngâmvàgiảmâm ), nhiềunốtvôi to, tăngtướimáungoạibiên, cómạchmáubêntrong.
