  2. Finding the surface area of cylinders 4 cm. r 10 cm. h Step One- Label the radius and height. Step Two- Insert the measurements into the surface area formula. SA = 2 r h + 2  r 2 SA = 2 (4)(10) + 2 (4)(4) Step Three- Multiply, leaving pi for desert! SA = 80  + 32  Step Four- Add SA = 112  = 351.68 cm.2

  3. Finding the surface area of cylinders r 2 cm. 4 cm. h Label the radius and height. SA = 2 r h + 2  r 2 SA = 2 (2)(4) + 2 (2)(2) 75.36cm2 SA = 24𝝅

  4. Finding the surface area of cylinders r 8 cm. 5 cm. h Label the radius and height. SA = 2 r h + 2  r 2 SA = 2 (8)(5) + 2 (8)(8) 653.12cm2 SA = 208
