  2. Searching for NOOPS—Step 1 Searching for NOOPS enables you to target people who are living at properties they do not own (renters). Click on the General Criteria tab to receive the following screen:

  3. Searching for NOOPS—Step 2 Click on the Year/Mo Listed button to receive the Year/Mo selection box:

  4. Searching for NOOPS—Step 3 Click on the NOOP line and then OK. You will receive your selection on the Search Criteria screen. In this case, the user has also entered the city of Bolivar as part of the search criteria.

  5. Searching for NOOPS—Step 4 Click OK (Begin Search) to retrieve the results of your search:
