  4. Celebration Activities • Senior Class Activity • Stratosphere • Trampolines • Dodgeball court • Date – TBD (early 2nd Semester) • Cost – Approximately $30 • Pizza and water included • Students will have to provide their own transportation

  5. Celebration Activities – Save the Date! Prom – May 30th • Eisenhower Conference Center – Gettysburg, PA • 7 pm – 10 pm • Tickets estimated to cost $60 each Senior Picnic Thursday, June 4, 2015 • 11:30 am – 1:30 pm • At FSK • No cost for seniors

  6. Fundraisers • Claire’s • Orders were just completed • October 20th goods will arrive • Sub Sale • Date TBD • One additional fundraiser may occur

  7. Senior Banners • Purchased by family of graduate in late winter/early spring • Displayed in cafeteria in late April and graduate will get it before graduation • Approximate cost $25 - $30

  8. We need photos….. Senior Slide Show • Images should cover baby, childhood, elementary school, middle school, high school ages • Images can be with groups of kids – class pictures, sports photos, birthday parties, trips, plays / concerts, etc... • Trying to cover every student in the Senior Class

  9. Digital Marquee • Digital Marque • Cost $20,000 (approximate) • Looking for donations and support from community to purchase this for our school

Senior Costs • Spirit Wear • For sale – watch for dates to be announced • Great holiday gifts • Prices vary depending upon what you order • Junior / Senior Prom • Tickets $60 • Pictures $25-$50 • Tuxedo Rental $100-$200 • Dress $100-$300 • Corsages $10-$30 • Graduation Expenses • Cap and Gown (required) $30 *Ordered in February • Announcements (optional) $25-$50 • Thank you notes (optional) $5-$25 • Graduation video (optional) $35

Requirements for Graduation • Completion of required credits and High School Assessments • Community Service Hour Completion • 75 hours MUST be completed and submitted to Mrs. Yingling in School Counseling Office by April 24, 2015 • See guidance or teachers for opportunities • Obligations Cleared • All obligations MUST be cleared by May 15, 2015 at 3 pm • Please see Mrs. Jarrett in the Main Office for details • Completion of Final Exams • Senior exams begin May 27, 2015 and end on June 1, 2015 • Attendance at ALL graduation practices and ceremonies

Events Leading to Graduation • May 27th – June 1st • Senior Exams • June 1st is last day for seniors at FSK • Tuesday, June 2nd • Senior Make Up Exams • 7:30 am – 9:00 am • Tuesday, June 3rd • Graduation Practice • FSK Auditorium • 8 am until completion • Full Graduation Attire Required/Mandatory Attendance

Community Awards • 7:00 pm • FSK Auditorium • Optional activity • Business casual attire • Followed by social in FSk cafeteria

  14. Final Graduation Practice • Saturday, June 6th • 8 am – 10 am (report at 7:30 am) • McDaniel College – Gill Gymnasium • Mandatory attendance for all seniors

  15. Graduation • When? • Saturday, June 6, 2015 • 1:30 pm • Where? • McDaniel College, Westminster, MD • What? • Diplomas awarded to all graduates • Limited seating – all attendees must have a ticket

  16. Positive Senior Year Students Parents Be wary of senior week Talk to your kids Know where they are going If there is a problem communicate with the school • Enjoy • Celebrate • Remember the experiences • Be safe • Follow the school expectations and rules
