Voluntary Disability Programs Disability is more common than most people think Nearly one in every three Americans will be disabled for three months or longer before reaching age 651 A well designed Voluntary Disability programs allows an employee to protect their most valuable asset – their ability to earn an income

    5. Voluntary Short Term Disability Elimination Periods as short as 7 days Benefit Durations from 13 weeks to 1 year Benefit maximums up to $1,250 a week Coverage provided without medical questions Benefits are available at low Group rates!

    6. Voluntary Long Term Disability Elimination Periods of 60, 90, or 180 days Benefits Durations from two years all the way to age 65 Benefit Maximums up to $6,000 a month Coverage can be secured with limited medical questions or on a Guaranteed Issue basis with a Pre-existing condition clause
