Registration for concurrent enrollment • Complete online application with Salt Lake Community College. • Print out the “Memo of Understanding” and return to Junior High • School Counselor. • Complete Appeals Form and return to Junior High School Counselors along with essay for the Communication courses. • Take Accuplacer tests in Reading and Math. Test will be given at the the High School Career Center on Thursday, April 16th at 3:30 pm.

  33. SLCC Concurrent Enrollment Fee’s • Application Fee - $40.00. Payable at the time the online application is completed. • All Concurrent Enrollment classes starting with summer semester 2013 will be • charged a minimum tuition fee. The tuition amount has been set by USHE • (Utah System of Higher Education) at $5.00 per credit hour. (i.e. a 3 credit hour • class will cost $15.00). When a student registers for a Concurrent Enrollment • class, the College will bill them. Parents will be responsible for payment of tuition. • Students who fail to pay by the tuition fee deadline may be charged a late fee • of $50.00.
