Program of the camp: Price including: • On-ice lessons 18 x for groups 1-2 15 x for groups 3-4 13 x for group 5 /technique with the headcoaches in the morning, with personal coaches in the afternoon/ • Ballet / dance 13 x for each group • Athletics 2 x for groups 1-4 • Sport games 2 x for group 5 • Each lesson = 45 min • Free on-ice sessions for individual lessons • Medical supervision Price not including: • Insurance • Massages / available daily for extra payment / • Extra lessons with the headcoaches /afternoon on-ice practice, individual lessons/ . In case of your participation without personal coach you can ask to be included in practice group of a headcoach for extra payment– please specify in your entry.

Price : • Group 1 – 2 /seniors, juniors, top novices/ € 190,- on-ice and off-ice practice € 295,- including accommodation and full board at Domov mládeže € 442,- including accommodation and full board in hotel Máj • Group 3 – 4 /novices, pre-novices, top juveniles/ € 180,- on-ice and off-ice practice 15 years and more € 285,-/250,- children under 15 including accommodation and full board at Domov mládeže 12 years and more € 432,-/352,- children under 12 including accommodation and full board in hotel Máj • Group 5 /juveniles, pre-competitive/ € 170,- on-ice and off-ice practice € 240,- including accommodation and full board at Domov mládeže € 342,- including accommodation and full board in hotel Máj • Coaches, chaperons: € 105,- accommodation and full board at Domov mládeže € 252,- accommodation and full board in hotel Máj

Accommodation: • Hostel Domov mládeže Strednej záhradníckej školyBrezová 2, Piešťany distance cca 300 m from the rink 4-bed rooms, common WC and showers Supervision guaranteed • Hotel Máj***, Hlboká 49, Piešťany, www.espaline.sk swimming-pool /entry included in the price of accommodation/ spa procedures available distance cca 200 m from the ice rink • The camp begins with the dinner on Sunday July 4,2010, ends with the lunch on Sunday July 11,2010
