  2. What is MIS? Management Information System A combination of computers and people that is used to provide information to aid in making decisions and managing a firm.

  3. MIS and strategic level management of hr The goal of strategic level management of human recourse is to access, deploy and allocate human resource in a way that gives organization competitive advantage. The basic work of strategic level manager is to formulate strategy and diffused throughout the organization. The MIS system helps to employee forecasting techniques to support the strategic human resource applications.

  4. Man power forecasting The mis system starts wirh forecasting decision done by the strategic level manager and turnover analysis by middle level management which ends up in form of total requirment of employees by a company in next period or the next year.

  5. Three methods are used for this purpose • judgmental method • statistical and marketing technique. • Bench marking

  6. Job analysis After forecasting the total job needs the managers analyze the jobs that would be required by the company,what types of the jobs are required, which type of people are required,their qualifications,experience all these things comes under job analysis.Job worth and job position also comes under job analysis.

  7. Jobs description • After job analysis the manager‘s job is to prepare job description which details that what the job will include the type of work and all minor and major details of the job.

  8. RECRUITMENT Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job.A good recruitment process includes the following steps • Advertisement • Networking and referral • Cv’s collection • Call

  9. Selection The action or fact of carefully choosing employees that are well experienced in their releted job and meet the requirment of the jobs.

  10. Employee test • Selection interview • Medical test • Hiring decision

  11. TRAINING Training referred to a planned effort by a company to facilitate employees learning of job related competencies. These competencies includes Knowledge, skills and behavior that are critical for successful job performance.

  12. Need analysis • Developing trainning programm and manual • Delivering of training programm • Evaluate training programm

  13. Development Helps the individual handles future responsibilities • Performance apprasial The way different form use different technique to access the performance of an employee • Cariar maching Different training held by the organization to enhance or develop employee carier

  14. Performance evaluation To evaluate the performance in oder to check the consistancey of performance.

  15. Compensation Compensation is the total amount of the monetary and non-monetary pay provided to an employee by an employer in return for work performed as required. Salaries Bonus Medical
