  8. THE SUCCESS TIMELINE • AND FOR EVERY “PERIOD” OF YOUR LIFE, LIKE 0-5, 5-10, 10-15 YEARS, WRITE THREE SUCCESS YOU HAVE ACHIEVED. Examples: *I went to the dentist for the first time. *I got perfect during my Grade 1 English test. *I was elected Vice President in our Regional SSG Federation 0 5 10 15

  9. CONFIDENCE IS SELF-RESPECT • SUCCESSES in your life are essential parts in shaping your PERCEPTION of yourself. • SELF IMAGE: How YOU see yourself and how OTHERS see you.

  10. CONFIDENCE IS SELF - RESPECT Now the QUESTION IS... “HOW will you learn to display it [Confidence] when you don't have it?” (Mangaliag, 2008)

  11. By: REDEFINING • A matter of CHANGING THE MINDSET. 1. HOW DO YOU SEE YOURSELF? 2. HOW DO YOU WANT TO BE SEEN? 3. AND THEN WHAT?
