  3. 病况诉说 • 患者，男，32岁 • 主诉：跌倒后右小腿疼痛半小时 • 现病史：患者于半小时前骑自行车上班时跌倒，随即出现右小腿剧烈疼痛，不能行走，由他人护送来医院就诊

  4. 病况诉说 • 体检 • T 37℃，P 72次／分，R 28次／分 • BP 14.7／10 kPa(110／75mmHg) • 右小腿肿胀伴畸形，局部压痛伴假关节运动 • X线拍片提示右胫、腓骨骨折

  5. 住院经过 • 入院后经手术切开，内固定加石膏外固定 • 术后第二天发现右下肢肿胀，即予拆除石膏外固定，肿胀仍然继续加重，并向大腿和下腹部延伸 • 入院第五天，早晨起床时突然大叫一声，心跳呼吸停止，抢救无效死亡
