  3. What's the Price? Mixing Ratio is 1 to 1.5 and the high lifter 900 = 1 to2 i.e If I want 50ml total colour I will use the following ( enough for medium length) 20ml Milk Shake Permanent Colour + 30ml Oxidising Liquid = 50ml colour R22 + R3.45 = R25.45 exl vat R29.01 including vat
