  3. Measure foot size

  4. Observe the footprint’s shape

  5. Match the footprint to one on the Flow Chart

  6. Check the leg axis

  7. Match the leg axis to one on the Flow Chart

  8. Use Flow Chart to select shoe and insole type

  9. Choose the correct insole size and type

  10. Place the shoe’s insole over the FOOTDISC

  11. Trim the FOOTDISC to the same size and shape

  12. Ready to fit into your shoe

  13. Ensure it’s bedded in correctly!
