  2. Background • Toyota Boshoku is developing interiors for different automotive brands, mainly Toyota but also BMW Europe. • Our contact person is LiesbethVansintjan (Assistant Manager HR & General Administration Division) • Our project manager is TuanThanh, who is a member of the IT team

  3. Objectives analysis • Various divisions need various tools in the new intranet • There is a huge expectation for a small amount of time • A possible way to define if the project was well done is publishing a survey and/or checking the number visitors

  4. Desired outcomes • A user-friendly and efficient intranet • A document management system • A troubleshooting service (through GLPI integration)

  5. User requirements • Filterable phone/contact list connected to the Active Directory • A dashboard for each division • News notifications with different priorities • A DMS (Document Management System) has to be built (ISO TS requirement) • User policies and file structure for the DMS • GLPI ticketing service integration

  6. A PMS (Project Management System) • Useful links • FAQ integrated with an existing knowledge base • Organization charts

  7. Priorities and Scope • Priorities we defined are: • An efficient DMS, • An easy to use interface for the intranet, • GLPI integration, • And eventually a phone book.

  8. Project standing • The project has yet to be started, and will be managed by us. • ISO TS (ISO 16949 – same as Japanese Kaizen (continuous improvement)) • Work within predefined guidelines (e.g. PRINCE2) and methods.
