SCT (1) CERN measurements: From visual inspection of the all 327 insulators: – around 15 insulators has the length of ceramics ~ 5.5 cm instead of 6.5 cm , but leakage current of this type of insulators is less that 1 pA - Measurements of outside geometry SCT answer: Au point de vuegéométrie: La cote entre ferrureest de 7.5 mm, mais la cote entre les deux bandeaux métallisésest en moyenne à 6 mm et peutlégèrementvariersuivant la largeur des bandeaux, néanmoinscettelongueurrestesuffisante pour isolervotre tension de 3000V,

SCT (2) SCT answer: Au point du vue test électrique, nous avons fait un contrôle à 100% pour voirl'isolation de cespièces sous une tension de 3000V et nous avonsvérifiésur 100% des pièces sous 2000V que le courant de fuiteest <10^-11A. CERN measurements at 2 kV: From all 327 insulators only 2 are bad: LC is 100 pA.

  5. Feed through • Visual inspections of all, 550 pcs - no visual defects • Measurements at 2 kV of ~100 pcs - Leakage current less than 1 pA

  6. Electrode plates We chose the Laser Cutting plates. Expect to have it at CERN in the middle of October
