  1. Flight Safety Tips for Dealing With Coronavirus Contamination The pandemic outbreak has got flyers in frenzy. The spread of the virus started from China, and it was primarily being transported via international flights. So, does this mean that international flights must be avoided at all costs? Well, not all of us would have that luxury. Aviation Safety Management Systems are working on their full capacity to curb the spread of Covid-19. But as a passenger who needs to be on a flight, you can also do your part to shield yourself from the infection. Despite the best efforts by aviation authorities, the virus has the potential to spread wildly. Here are a few flight safety tips for dealing with Coronavirus contamination. Reduce chances of physical contact The easiest way to get the virus is to let it enter your body by any means. Hence, health professionals are suggesting that you shield your body and keep it clean in order to prevent contamination. It is advisable that you keep your skin covered and wear a mask if necessary while you’re in the flight. Try not touching your face or eyes too often. Maintain distance from your co-passengers. Disinfect your Seat The virus is notorious enough to survive on your seat and surrounding surfaces. You can use a sanitizer or a disinfectant to reduce the chances of contamination. Simply spray the liquidized sanitizing on your seat and all possible surfaces that’ll be in your direct contact. This way you’re reducing the chances of catching the virus even by mistake. Stay Stationary During the Journey

  2. While you’re airborne, there is a sound probability that one of your co-passengers is carrying the virus, and they don’t know it yet. This means that they can spread it to you and create unnecessary problems. Even by disinfecting your seat, you can catch the virus if someone sneezes from a close distance. So, the best measure to follow in such a situation is to stay put on your seat. Avoid any physical contact from anyone on the plane and don’t move from your seat unless critical. Keep your mind occupied The hidden danger of a pandemic is that the panic and public unrest brought by it can cause undue stress. You may not be sick but you might start giving in to the negativity, which is just natural. Therefore, keeping yourself occupied in a book or movie while you travel will also help a lot. Till the time you’re following safety precautions, you’re reasonably safe from contamination. Try to educate fellow passengers but keep away from fear-mongering or spreading unverified information, to keep the psychological dangers at bay. Conclusion Aircraft Handling Services around the world are taking the best measures to disinfect aeroplanes and avoid the spread of the disease. By taking safety steps at a personal level, you can successfully deal with the air of uncertainty, and stay safe!
