  4. I began my insurance career in 1989 as an insurance agent with Farm Bureau. In 1994, needing to spend more time at home with our two children I accepted a customer service position with a new State Farm Agency. This invaluable experience re-enforced the not just the value, but also the rewards of customer service. Another door opened in 2003 and I went to work with an independent insurance agency.

  5. In 2014 I resigned my partnership with that agency to open The Ricard Agency. Discovering the Independent Agency System, has allowed me to combine the product knowledge, company support and commitment to customer service that I hope will set the Ricard Agency apart.
