  1. Upgrading Apache 2.2.X to Apache 2.2.xfor Scrutinizer Download latest v2.2.x Win32 Binary from: http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi Stop the plixer_apacheservice. Make a backup copy of the scrutinizer\apache folder. (You will need this) 4. Uninstall the Apache service. Open a command prompt, navigate to program files\scrutinizer\apache\bin and enter: httpd–k uninstall –n plixer_apache 5. Delete the scrutinizer\apache folder as shown below.

  2. 6. Run the v2.2.14 installshield that was downloaded in step 1. A. Click Next B. Accept the terms, click Next C. Click Next D. Choose only for Current User E. Choose Typical install F. Click on Change button H. Confirm directory then select Next I. Select Install to begin, then Finish when complete. G. Change directory to \Scrutinizer\apache

  3. 7.Extract the httpd.conf from your backup apache folder (step 3) and place it in the program files\scrutinizer\apache\conf directory, overwriting the newly installed httpd.conf file. 8. Open a command prompt and navigate to program files\scrutinizer\apache\bin. Run the following command: httpd –k install –n plixer_apache After replacing the httpd.conf file, the Apache service must be restarted to reflect those changes.
