Analysis of Trx and Sptrx Variants in Cellular Responses

This study examines the impact of various Trx (thioredoxin) and Sptrx (specific thioredoxin) variants on cellular functions. We focus on the significance of Trx-1.9210, Sptrx-1.7547, and Sptrx-3.9262 in mediating oxidative stress responses, while also assessing the roles of Trx-2.5682 and ERdj5/JPDI in protein regulation. The findings, represented in Figure 8, highlight the intricate interplay between different thioredoxin variants and their potential therapeutic implications.
