It is given to ACP for façade cladding world wide.

Aluminium Alloys used in manufacturing ACP • AA 1100, The Alloy of this grade is a maganese alloy with minimum Tensile Strength of 120N/mm2 and to be used for buildings below 10 mtrs • AA3005/AA3105 The Alloy of this grade is a maganesium & Maganese alloy with minimum Tensile Strength of 150N/mm2. Maganesium decreases the chances of Oxidation of Aluminium & Tensile Strength enable to handle wind loads of 2.25KPa • AA 5005, Has Maganesium content equal to 1%, required for the coastal regions against salty moisture content & resist oxidation of Aluminium & paint to sustain with Minimum Tensile Strength of 150N/mm2 to withstand wind loads of 2.25 Kpa • Alloys used for REYNOBOND Composite Panels • AA3000 Series • AA 5000 Series ALSTONE Aluminium Composite panel

ALSTONE Aluminium Composite panel • PAINT System used for REYNOBOND Composite Panels • The performance of the paint increase with the increase thickness stipulated range set by AAMA. • Two Coats PVDF has a durability of 10 Years & by increasing it to Three Coats the durability increases by 5-10 years. • REYNOBOND gives 15 years warranty for the color.
