  4. Current Process • Paper collection process from the Field • General Accounting downloads FMIS data, manipulates and summarizes FMIS actual data • UH Budget collects and merges data to provide reports

  5. Perhaps a better way! • Use a web page to collect data from the field • Programmatically simulate what General Accounting is doing to the downloads • As a result, Integrate data into ONE file • As a result, Reporting is simplified
