With over 150 members, our activities include tree planting, waste disposal, climate preservation, and leadership training. Join us in safeguarding our planet for future generations.

OUR ENVIRONMENT A PRIORITY OF PRIORITIES….. • Cameroon Children Environmental Forum was founded in 2003 after the YoungAgenda 21 children’s conference held in Stavanger, Norway in May 2003. • Today we have 8 environmental clubs in primary and secondary schools and one club at the university. • There are more than 150 members from 8 years and above involved in the project.

  3. OUR ACTIVITIES • Greening our Environment • Tree Planting • Water • Garbage disposal • Climate • Preserving our Forests • Save the animals • Save the plants • Leadership training courses • Penpal letter writing

  4. Climate • TOGETHER LET’S BLOCK THE WAY TO THOSE THINGS THAT CAUSE CLIMATIC CHANGES • NO TO POLLUTION • NO TO THE CUTTING DOWN OF TREES

Garbage disposal • Garbage Disposal is the biggest problem that our region is facing. • We want to plead with our government , UNEP and other international organisations to try and bring a solution to the garbage problem in Ngaoundere • In our organisation we sensitize the population on where to drop dirts.

  6. Greening our environment • CCEF members planting trees in a school to green the environment

  7. Tree Planting • On June 6th 2006, CCEF members planted about 150 trees in Ngaoundere

  8. Save the animals • CCEF members sensitized the public on Care and Concern for the Environment through the slogans • SAVETHEANIMALS

  10. Leadership training courses • CCEF members having leadership training courses from One World Youth Project Ambassadors, From CCEF adult leaders and from the general public

Penpal letter writing • Since internet is not yet welled developped in this part of the country CCEF members adopted letter writing as the communication tool.This has made us have many friends in most part of the world and we will still like to have as many friends so that together we will all join hands to fight this Environmental battle.It is always grate joy to recieve letters from Penpals

  12. The 2007/2008 project • CCEF is working with ONE WORLD YOUTH PROJECT to build a fence round one of the schools in which we want to carry out the following projects • Vegetable Gardening • Flower GARDENING • School farm for the cultivation of maize,yams, potatoes which will be a source of income for the school.
