  4. Left Menu • Structured in the same way for all users, including publishers. • Includes only relevant sections and actions • Content dependent on user’s role and permissions • Can be minimised for larger viewing area

  6. Campaigns List • “Excel Options” Button • Export sheet listing all ads and the Clickthrough and Third-party • Tracking URLs assigned • Functionality to modify URLs in bulk and re-import into campaign

  7. Campaigns List • “Reports” Button • Generate reports for campaign from current screen without going to Analytics • Switch to Analytics

  8. Campaigns List • “Bookmark” Button • Add campaign to “My Bookmarks” section on Left Menu for quick access • Also available at Placement and Creative Level

  9. Campaigns List • “More Options” Button • Generate creative specs for the placement, based on the specs entered in by the • publisher • To add/edit creative specs, go to: • Account Settings > Setup > Creative Specs

  11. Campaign Flow – “Media Plan” Tab • Displays all placements assigned to the publisher and it’s related accounts (if the current account is a Network) • Placement list can be customized per user

  16. Campaign Flow – “Creative” Tab • Lists all ads under the campaign • Review Tab allows you to Reject the Ad or add a note about it.

  17. Campaign Flow – “Tags” Tab • Generate the campaign code package for all placements and send to yourself or also to those working on the campaign as well • Can send the code package to Media Agency contacts as well

  33. Creative Flow – Add Note • Sites can add notes, which will be available to all in the “Review Process” Tab. • The note can be sent to the Media Agency, Creative Agency or Site Contacts via e-mail

  35. Ad Positioning – Expandable Banner • To position expandable panel, navigate to the “Setup” tab in the Ad • Under “Panels List” you will see all panels associated with the ad • Right-click on the panel you would like to position and select “Ad Positioning”

  36. Ad Positioning – Expandable Banner • Positioning Units – Always use “Banner Relative” • Drag and drop expanded panel where you would like it to expand to and the X & Y positioning co-ordinates will automatically be set • Can preview on a background – URL or Image

  38. Ad Positioning – Out of Banner • To position Out of Banner sections, navigate to the “Setup” tab in the Ad. • To position Floating Element of OOB, navigate to “Intro” • Open “Intro Positioning Settings”

  39. Ad Positioning – Out of Banner • Always set “Positioning Units” to Relative Position • Enter the destination URL of a static element on the page to reference off for positioning, i.e. Site logo • Put test tags on publisher test page

  40. Ad Positioning – Out of Banner • Use “Position” to set X & Y co-ordinates of the Floating element in reference to the Reference Element • Can also use Ad Positioning, however, always do final check on publisher test page

  43. Frequency Capping – Expandable Banner • Navigate to “Setup” tab of the Ad and then the “Panels List” • Set frequency capping in “Default Panel Frequency” Setting • Unlimited • # Times Per Session/Day/Week/Campaign For a Unique User

  45. Publisher Reports • Reports are located in “Analytics” • Accessed via “Campaign Management” drop-down at top of page or “Reports” button in Campaigns level

Publisher Reports • Publisher reports access via “Publisher Reports” tab in Left Menu • Delivery Analysis – Analyse current and past delivery/interaction data across • campaigns and placements • Performance Analysis – Review user interaction with ads across different • placement types and sections • Over Under Delivery - Analyse the delivery rate and daily goals of your running • placements and adjust your delivery to meet your targets
