  2. The calories in a doughnuts and the calories burned when running. • Your average Doughnuts contains about 186 calories (not too bad) and 10 grams of fat (ouch!). That's not exactly a caloric nightmare—as long as you limit yourself to just one. (And we all know how hard it can be to stop once you get started.)According to SparkPeople.com's Fitness Tracker, a 150-pound woman who walks briskly at a 15-minute mile pace (4 mph) will burn 5 calories per minute. To burn off the doughnut you'd have to walk around the office (at this quick pace) for 48 minutes, which is just over 3 miles!

  3. The way you work out the number of calories we burn when running. • To find out how much calories there is you multiply the kilometers by the kilograms by 1.036. When you multiply them the answer will be the number of calories you burned while you were running.

  4. How can knowing how to do arithmetic with decimals help you make good health decisions. • The decimals help us make good health decisions by if someone want to burn 500.785 calories it’ll be better to be accurate for him because he maybe wants to run a bit more for him to run less the next time or if he wants to get more fitter by 0.0034kg.
