Deposits are usually not required. We have also never raised our hourly fee, since we started the business back in 1998! Normal process is as follows: 1.Initial Consultation Download Data Gathering Form After you contact us we have an initial consultation where we meet and greet each other and talk about what you need, who’s involved etc… Use the data gathering form to speed up the initial consultation and data gathering. 2.Prepare Quote and Specification documents (Functional and Technical) Depending on the size of the project and how well the customer knows what they want the amount of time to build the quote can vary. 7. Samples – Early Years In 1998 we developed our first Microsoft Access solution for Calgon Corporation. The program was called Vantage and Calgon Corporation sold it to various customers. The solution was built in Access 2.0 with a few third party components (for better graphics, zipping of backup files, etc.…) and some custom C++ code.
