The dynamic checkweigher system DW03 has the capacity to weigh all types of packs up to 0.5 kgs. It is highly accurate, especially with flexible packaging. The high-speed checkweigher has belt speeds up to 40 m/min. The maximum product width it can support is 200 mm and a maximum length of 250 mm.

Environment wide operating temperature range 0-40°C. Check weighers are automatic machines to check the weight of packaged commodities. It is used at the off-going end of a production process and is used to ensure that the weight of a pack of the commodity is within specified limits. Any packs that are outside the tolerance are taken out of line automatically.
